چکیده
In oncology, tremendous research has been conducted on the use of alternative minimally invasive techniques for cancer treatment and diagnosis. The biophotonic as a standalone or together with conventional imaging gained interest among researchers in recent years, while therapies such photothermal photodynamic tend to bring non-ionizing radiation therapy back into spotlight due progressive development optical instrumentation, enhancement agents, molecular probes, light sources nanocarriers. Thus, coupling ionizing (IR) combination nanomedicine nuclear medicine procedures are considered be revolutionary strategies optimize therapeutic efficacy modalities develop theranostic applications better diagnosis cancer. Recently, low-intensity Cerenkov emitted by tissues byproduct IR–biostructure interaction suggested an effective internal source that can trigger phototherapy guide radiotherapy dosimetry using imaging. This review also provides overview vitro vivo studies regarding produced X-rays radionucleotides combined nanoparticles hybrid method induce enhanced therapies.

A Review of Outstanding Retinoblastoma Researches on RB1 Genes: Focus on Treatment by Non-ionizing and Ionizing Radiation
Introduction: Retinoblastoma (RB) is a malignant retinal tumor, which affects infants and children. This cancer happens through a mutation in the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor genes (RB1). Inactivation of RB1 has been observed in more than 97% of all retinoblastoma patients with mutations. In recent years, RB treatment has developed significantly. RBchr('39')s treatment methods can be one or ...

متن کاملIonizing Radiation
Introduction Radiation that has sufficient energy to remove electrons from atoms is called “ionizing radiation.” Ionization results in the production of negatively charged free electrons and positively charged ionized atoms. Ionizing radiation can be classified into two groups: photons (includes X-radiation and gamma radiation) and particles (includes alpha and beta particles and neutrons). The...

Ionizing radiation is electromagnetic radiation that has sufficient energy to remove electrons from atoms. Ionization results in the production of negatively charged free electrons and positively charged ionized atoms. Ionizing radiation can be classified into two categories: photons (X-radiation and gamma radiation) and particles (alpha and beta particles and neutrons). Five types or sources o...
متن کاملShould I Be Worried About Ionizing Radiation? Ionizing Radiation
The very word "radiation" conjures up scary images – nuclear weapons, cancer therapy, perhaps a science fiction movie scenario with giant mutant ants. In fact, radiation in one form or another is a part of our daily lives. Understanding what radiation, or specifically, ionizing radiation, is can help you understand what risks you face. Although ionizing radiation is a broad topic, we will exami...
